12 Months @ 0% financing on 24 month contracts

18 Months @ 0% financing on 36 month and longer contracts

With Monthly Bank Withdrawal or Credit Card Payment, there is no reason not to be protected!


 

  

No Interest Deferred Payment Plan

 

Listed below are the maximum numbers of monthly payments a customer may make in their

Contract/policy purchase. The customer may adopt fewer monthly payments but may not select a

Payment schedule that exceeds the following thresholds:

 

Used Vehicles

12 month contract/policy Up to 6 equal monthly payments

24 month contract/policy Up to 12 equal monthly payments

36 month contract/policy Up to 18 equal monthly payments

48+ month contract/policy Up to 24 equal monthly payments

New Vehicles

36/48 month contract/policy Up to 12 equal monthly payments

60 month contract/policy Up to 18 equal monthly payments

72+ month contract/policy Up to 24 equal monthly payments

 

What happens in the event of a payment default?

 

If a customer defaults on one of their monthly payments, the Administrator will contact the customer to collect the outstanding amount due. The customer will be required to quickly make up any defaulted Payments to bring the account back into good standing.

 

Under the terms of the No Interest Deferred Payment Plan Agreement, a charge of $50 will be applied against the customer's account for each default payment during the term of agreement. This charge is assessed to cover the administration costs.

 

In the event the customer defaults and has not resolved the default within 10 days of the regular

Payment due date, the Administrator will notify the customer that their contract/policy is cancelled. In The event of a cancellation of a contract/policy and the No Interest Deferred Payment Plan Agreement, The following cancellation terms will apply:

 

1) In the event of a cancellation due to payment default, the Administrator, Omni Warranty Corp,

Will cancel the contract/policy as of the date of default of payment.

In this case the customer will not receive a refund and the Selling Dealer will only be responsible

To pay Omni Warranty Corp. for any difference between the Selling Dealer's Net Margin and

The deposit and payments received from the customer (up to a maximum of the total Selling

Dealer's Net Margin).

 

2) In the event of a cancellation on a cancelable policy by request of the customer or on a no cancelable

Policy by request of the Selling Dealer (cancellation not due to payment default), the

Administrator, Omni Warranty Corp, will cancel the contract/policy using the pro-rata method

Of time/mileage.

 

In the case of a cancellation not due to payment default, the refund due to the customer will be

Calculated according to the pro-rata method and the total funds received from the customer. A

$100 (plus tax) cancellation fee will apply to the customer's refund. In this case the Selling

Dealer will be responsible to reimburse Omni Warranty Corp. any amount of unearned Net

Margin plus unpaid (pro-rata) finance charges up to a maximum of their total Net Margin.

ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES

 

? Vehicles must have a minimum of one day and one kilometer of

Comprehensive factory warranty remaining to qualify for new

Vehicle coverage.

 

? Secure© Drive: Vehicles must be within 10 model years and less

Than 160,000 kilometers to qualify for pre-owned vehicle

Coverage (2001 or newer).

 

? Secure© Drive Wrap: Vehicle must have at least 3 years/60,000

Kilometers comprehensive & a minimum of 5 years/100,000

Kilometers power train factory warranty to qualify for new

SecuSecure© Drive LTD: Vehicles must be within 13 model years and

Less than 200,000 kilometers to qualify for pre-owned vehicle

Coverage (1998 or newer).

? All vehicles must be less than 13,500 pounds G.V.W.

 

? New Release vehicles not listed may be eligible for coverage.

? Mechanical breakdowns or conditions present at the time of

Contract/policy purchase is not covered.

 

? Light Commercial Use surcharged at twice applicable rate (dealer

Cost). Vehicles used in a commercial capacity (egg: taxi, police,

Light Commercial Use & Vehicle Eligibility


New and Pre-owned vehicles qualify for Light Commercial Use at

Two times the standard rate. Vehicles used in a commercial capacity

(Ex: taxi, police, delivery, etc) are not eligible. Light Commercial Use

Vehicles are not eligible for LTD plans.

Secure© Drive does not provide coverage for vehicles used in the

Following applications under any circumstances:

 

? Private or corporately owned vehicles used for emergency

Response and rescue, including ambulance service, police, or

Fire service.

 

? Any light truck with a gross vehicle weight that exceeds 13,500lbs.

 

? Private or corporately owned vehicles used for any of the

Following applications: Hauling, Snow Removal, Delivery, Courier,

Rental, Taxi, Limousine, Shuttle, Road Repair Operations, Racing,

Competitive Driving, Route Work and Job Site Activities, Public

Hire, Driving School, Construction, and Vehicles Used Primarily

Off Road.
